Find One Thing To Focus On Today

Before you start your parkrun this morning, choose one thing you want to focus on:

  • Light feet
  • Relaxed shoulders
  • Smooth breathing
  • Even pacing
  • Strong final kilometre

Don’t overload yourself with multiple goals — just pick one.

Focusing on a single element makes today’s run calmer, more enjoyable, and more controlled. And when you master one thing at a time, improvements compound fast.
